Paralegal Job in St. Paul, MN

Our Firm is offering a position in a fast-paced, fun environment with a downtown setting. The Firm has an immediate opening for a Paralegal in their St. Paul, Minnesota office. 

The Paralegal will be communicating with current clients, insurance companies, police departments, state municipalities, and other agencies while working in our personal injury practice. The Paralegal will work directly with other paralegals, attorneys and other employees. 

DUTIES: 

  • Assist in opening client matters / cases 
  • Communicate with clients to make sure treatment plan is current 
  • Obtain insurance information from clients 
  • Make appointments for medical exams 
  • Assist with settlements 
  • Responsible for wage loss and replacement services 
  • Helps maintain the personal injury calendar 
  • Schedule meetings, hearings, conference calls, depositions, etc. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills. 
  • An enthusiasm for developing creative solutions to problems. 
  • Great at working in a team environment. 
  • Experience with high activity of phone calls and emails. 
  • One year of personal injury experience is a plus. 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time. 
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, as needed.
  • Lift and carry up to 10 pounds occasionally.
  • Bend, stoop, reach, and grasp objects as necessary.

Client Intake Coordinator Job in St. Paul, MN

POSITION: Client Intake Director

FLSA STATUS: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

SUPERVISOR: Director of Operations

DESCRIPTION:

Sand Law, PLLC is offering a position in a fast-paced, fun environment with a downtown setting. The Firm has an immediate opening for a Client Intake Director in their St. Paul, Minnesota office. This is a remote position during COVID-19. Our firm is a multi-state practicing firm in North Dakota and Minnesota while providing representation in the fields of Personal Injury and Criminal Defense.

The Client Intake Director will be the first point of contact and will be responsible for communicating with potential new clients (PNCs) who contact the firm through phone, email, and website submission. The Client Intake Director will work directly with paralegals, counsel, and other employees to manage the acquisition of new clients. The Client Intake Director will also assist with payment reminders, collections, and other administrative duties.

The position includes potential for upward mobility and advancement within the firm while working alongside other staff and attorneys.
